Studio Indigo’s work has been reflected in an article published in the Evening Standard on 1st March 2011. Similar to the article published recently on the BBC News website, it reported how a property which was refurbished by Studio Indigo has significantly increased the value of properties located within the street.
“A single house sale of £11 million last year lifted Victoria Road’s average prices to £6.426 million, the top of the annual rankings compiled by property website Mouseprice. The previous year, it was in 10th place. Today, a cream-coloured, eight-bedroom house is on sale for £13 million with Knight Frank.”
