Celebrating its 20th year, the awards recognise excellence in hospitality, interior and property design. This year’s ceremony took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, bringing together the industry’s finest designers and architects.
A CORWNING JEWEL
Designed by Studio Indigo as the crowning jewel of the Branded Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, the 5,000 sq ft. penthouse combines British heritage, contemporary luxury and exceptional craftsmanship. Overlooking Hanover Square, the four-bedroom residence offers expansive open-plan living spaces, a spectacular private terrace and uninterrupted 180-degree views across London’s skyline.
THE ART OF BESPOKE
Created as a natural extension of the hotel experience, the penthouse reimagines luxury hotel living through a residential lens. Bespoke furnishings, organically shaped seating and carefully considered spatial planning create an environment equally suited to entertaining and relaxation. The bedrooms serve as an intimate reflection of the penthouse’s overarching narrative, weaving in subtle influences from the Orient.
Bespoke design lies at the heart of this project. Studio Indigo collaborated with renowned British artisans, including Bulgaro and Hospitality Projects for custom joinery and furniture. Working with space and light, a deeply layered and rich palette combined warm tones with jewel-like accents. Reflective details were thoughtfully added to capture natural light, creating an atmosphere that evolves throughout the day.
