Throughout the five-storey townhouse, we preserved original features while adding contemporary character. The entrance hall sets the tone – a bold black-and-white marble floor introduces a touch of drama, balanced by a playful runner that winds up the staircase. In the family room, soft blues and paprika accents invite comfort and connection. The living room, by contrast, layers rich tobacco hues with deep indigos, creating a moodier, more intimate setting perfect for evenings by the fire.

In a city where many Georgian terraces hide minimalist interiors, this house is unapologetically colourful, deeply comfortable and tailored to the rhythms of everyday life.
“We always ask ourselves, ‘What do we want the client to feel when they enter the space?’” says Arbid. Here, the answer is clear: unbridled joy. And this house delivers it in spades.
