At South Lodge, construction works are progressing well, with electrical installation completed to first and second floors and approaching completion on the remaining levels.
All partitions have now been erected with dry lining works fully completed on the parent’s house and are ongoing throughout the main house and staff house.
The Study’s Oak structure has been installed and the new platform structure has been formed.
Works to the pool house and link building are moving forward rapidly; the steel structure and brick piers have since been completed, as well as Zink roof installation works.
Pool pipework and Void former installation are currently underway.
With regards to external works, the garden wall is nearly completed and external paving installation has started. The boundary wall works have now concluded.
The current focus on site is now the formation of the pool shell.
Looking ahead, the plastering works to the parents’ house and to the main house on the first and second floor levels will be commencing soon.
