This unique project nicknamed “The Light House” involved the refurbishment of a Georgian Grade II listed terrace house near the Kings Road.

Studio Indigo was engaged to redevelop the internal spaces and remove years of antiquated additions. From the commencement of the project, the team liaised closely with the client to develop a pragmatic and cohesive approach to the scheme.

All efforts were made to preserve the remaining historic building fabric, allowing the property to be restored in a manner befitting both the age and style of the house.

Incorporating the client’s wishes for a more contemporary feel throughout the house, bespoke joinery was installed creating a series of quirky and interesting spaces and blending into a seamless fusion of old and new world London.

I have been so impressed with Studio Indigo and the help they have given me and my wife over the development of our house. Nothing is too small or too difficult; they are always there with expert advice and a knowing eye.

A development of a property of any size is a daunting process, but their expertise, skill and endless list of experts has made everything so much easier and, dare I say, enjoyable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone going through this process – indeed when we to do it again, we would look nowhere else.
