Studio Indigo has obtained planning permission for our third property on Albert Place and are thrilled with the outcome of the decision in which we have been granted approval to alter the front façade side extension, as well as a lower ground floor rear extension and the inclusion of a new basement level.

After extensive public consultation the scheme received no objections and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by RBKC. We also obtained positive feedback from the council on numerous occasions complimenting us on our clear and precise drawings.

The proposed work call for the complete remodelling of the property across all existing four floors and will benefit greatly from the new basement level, which increases the square footage of the property from 3,315 sq ft to 5,230 sq ft.
