Planning permission was very quickly obtained for the alteration of this large double house. The challenge was to integrate two semi-detached houses into a single family home. The internal layout has been completely redesigned with a new spectacular double height entrance hall and a large drawing room and family room which overlook the rear garden.

The essential Regency characteristics of this house will be retained and a new period rear extension added to replace the unsightly existing conservatory.

This is the second house in Albert Place and the fourth in the Victoria Road Conservation Area for which Studio Indigo has obtained planning permission.
