This Mews house is located within the Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It is estimated to have been built in the late 19th century and sits within the De Vere Conservation Area. Work commenced on site at the end of June following the agreement of the party wall awards.
The design will retain and refresh the exterior, carry out a full internal refurbishment and create a single storey basement. This new basement will be connected to the existing floors via a full height void & lightweight stair. The 1700 square foot mews will provide a basement living & dining space, a formal reception at ground level and living quarters to the first and second floor including and a full master suite to the top level.
Ground breaking is currently being finalized with work to the upper floors to commence shortly, followed by the basement dig.
