Planning Success – Cottesmore

We have had multiple successes in obtaining several planning permissions for a house in Cottesmore Gardens.

This achievement includes permission for the extension of the line of the building at all levels whilst reinstating the building’s original form in keeping with neighbouring buildings in the De Vere Conservation area.

The second successful planning permission received earlier this year approved the formation of a new entrance portico and entrance door the reinstatement of the original boundary wall and the installation of an automated pedestrian gate entrance.

We also gained approval for the replacement of the existing windows with new double glazed timber sliding sash windows.  We have also been able to replace two large dormer windows with three smaller dormer windows and install a conservation rooflight to the North Elevation Roof façade.
